When the developer approached us for this project, a set of floor plans had already been prepared. However, the design lacked one parking space and did not include any storage units or a mechanical room on the ground floor. We decided to set aside the existing plans and redesign the project from scratch. As a result, within the same original footprint, we were able to add one additional parking space, 14 storage units, and a dedicated mechanical room, significantly improving the project’s functionality.

This apartment building was designed on a 450-square-meter site in the Radio Darya area of Chalous.
