Before this project was brought to our office, it had been presented to an architectural firm in Tehran. However, after consulting with us, we were able to provide two additional parking spaces and two extra storage units for the site. In addition, we incorporated amenities such as a caretaker’s unit, a lobby, and a fitness room into the project.

This apartment building, comprising a total of eight floors, was constructed in the Radio Darya district of Chalous.
