This project is a residential apartment building. Since the site was located within a villa community and an 11-meter height restriction was one of the development regulations, the project had to be designed in a way that would preserve the villa-like character of the neighborhood.

To achieve this, we created a central “knot” within the project to accommodate the vertical circulation. This allowed us to organize the apartment units in a manner that gave the building a villa-inspired architectural appearance. This central element ultimately inspired the project’s name, Middle Knot.

The client requested an apartment building consisting of two residential units. On the ground floor, in addition to three parking spaces and storage areas, we incorporated a swimming pool, sauna, study room, and mechanical room.
