Since the project site (Manzar Darya residential complex) was located in Chelak, Nowshahr, the simultaneous views of both the forest and the sea became a key design priority. Therefore, by introducing a courtyard on the first floor, we aimed to provide sufficient visual connections to the surrounding landscape while also creating a private and intimate space for the residents.

The villa includes master bedrooms, a swimming pool, sauna, gym, spacious terraces, a bar, an entertainment room, a jacuzzi, and other amenities.
