This project was designed on a site of approximately 500 square meters in the Radio Darya district of Chalous. Throughout the design process, we focused on creating multiple unit typologies within the apartment building. Given the project’s close proximity to the sea, maximizing expansive sea views from all residential units was a key design priority.

The building features 13 parking spaces with corresponding storage units, an entrance lobby, a caretaker’s unit, and a mix of two-bedroom and three-bedroom residential apartments.
