This project was designed on a 1,000-square-meter site and consists of nine floors with a total built area of 6,500 square meters. Key features of the development include the provision of 46 parking spaces, six independent commercial units, twelve office units with separate access, and eighteen residential units.

Since the residential units were designed for members of a single family, the terraces were arranged to create visual connections, allowing residents to interact with one another and maintain a sense of togetherness.
