This villa was designed within a vast orange orchard in the village of Anarvar, Nowshahr. The main concept emerged from the rotation of a series of cubic volumes, each oriented toward a different view of the garden—like eyes constantly gazing at various points throughout the landscape. This approach ensures that no perspective or moment within the orchard is ever missed.

Given that the main façade faces west, the rotation of these cubic forms also provides climatic advantages by improving environmental responsiveness and reducing the impact of direct western sunlight.
