Apartment No. 18 was designed on a small 268-square-meter site as a single-unit residence. This five-story building is located in Nowshahr and is currently under construction.

Despite the limited site area, we were able to incorporate master bedrooms, a laundry room, adaptable terraces, a kitchenette, a lobby, a caretaker’s unit, and other essential facilities.
