The main challenge of this villa was the very small plot size (200 square meters). However, this was not the only constraint, as a water stream passed through the site, requiring a 1.5-meter setback zone. In addition, the site had limited depth (10 meters) and an irregular geometry with sharp angles and distortions. To further complicate matters, the plot also had a 1-meter setback from the street.

Our design concept was to create a form capable of navigating through all these constraints while addressing the project’s multiple requirements, resulting in a fully functional architectural solution.

The villa includes a parking area, storage room, kitchen with a veranda, guest room, pet room, master bedroom, walk-in closet, additional bedroom, laundry, study room, and an enclosed greenhouse.
