This project was designed on an approximately 1,030-square-meter site in Ramsar. The client requested a single-story villa with a maximum built area of 250 square meters, including two master bedrooms, a gym and leisure room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate fireplace area.

During the design process, by eliminating the plinth and introducing slender column-like elements, we lifted the building off the ground, referencing the traditional architectural language of northern Iran. Since the project is single-level, a flat roof was chosen to maximize open views of the surrounding landscape.
