This villa was designed on an approximately 500-square-meter site in one of the residential complexes of Nowshahr. The project has a total built area of around 600 square meters and includes a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, game and entertainment room, master bedrooms, and functional terraces.

The project was named after the sloped nature of its site. During the design process, we aimed to restore the site’s original terrain after placing the building, intervening as minimally as possible in the landscape. The goal was to create a project in which both the villa and the natural slope could coexist harmoniously.
