This villa was designed and constructed in a gated community in the city of Nowshahr, in the village of Melkar. The site was located at the end of a cul-de-sac within the community, where surrounding buildings initially prevented the project from being visually prominent upon entry into the street.

Therefore, we decided to introduce elongated, functional planar elements that extend the building’s façade in a way that gradually reveals the architecture as one approaches the site. In this composition, the final view of the building is progressively disclosed through these layered elements.

The villa includes master bedrooms, a bar, a gym, a swimming pool and sauna, a mechanical room, adaptable terraces, and a rooftop. It also offers simultaneous views of both the sea and the forest.
